So a friend told me that she found a great crochet Cheshire cat beanie but was very sad that she couldnβt buy it because it only came in child size. I think that may have been a hint. So I took that hint and ran with it. I hope this is what she had in mind π
This pattern is written in American crochet notation and uses a 4mm hook and purple, pink, white and black 8ply wool.

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Embroider the teeth by sewing black lines.
Nose
With black wool
Row 1: chain 6
Row 2: sc along the chain (with one turning chain) (5 stitches)
Row 3: sc in the first two stitches, triple stitch, sc in the last two stitches (5 stitches)
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Assembly
Sew the ears, nose and mouth to the head, along with some oversized googly eyes, using the picture as a guide. Β Stuff the tail. Then sew the head and tail to the body. I sewed the tip of the tail down, as well as the end.
